Title: ‘(Costs)-effectiveness of dual-mobility cups for preventing dislocation after primary total hip arthroplasty compared to unipolar cups in elderly patients: design of a randomized controlled trial nested in the Dutch Arthroplasty Registry.’

The inclusion phase for the REDEP study has been completed. Not al included participants have undergone total hip atrhroplasty yet. Data is still being collected through questionnaires.

EHS congress, REDEP, Loes van Beers

Loes van Beers presented the REDEP-study at the conference of the European Hip Society (EHS), on 10 September 2021. She presented her research on dual mobility cups: is there a difference in the number of dislocations after a THA between dual mobility cups and unipolar cups? Both the systematic review and the REDEP study were discussed.
